The sound of sound bowls is said to have many other positive qualities. They are calming and can act as a balm for body, mind and soul (e.g. meditation, sound therapy, massage). When filled with water, the bowls depict the wandering sound waves. This trains perception, as well as the sense of hearing and sense of touch.

This high-quality, handmade singing bowl is delivered together with an elegant, purple cushion with golden ornaments. Also included in delivery are 2 different wooden mallets - the full sound of the singing bowl sounds a little different with each one.
