  Horizontal weekdays
  Weekly overview across 2 pages with 10 lines per day. After each month there are also 2 notes pages for important entries and an additional notes field for the week.
  Monthly overview of the current and following month on each weekly double page for an even better overview.
  
• Year and project planner
  Annual summary of schedules for the current school year (4 pages) and the following school year (4 pages) with the option to make entries.
  
• Holidays + personal information
  Holidays for all German states as well as for Austria and Switzerland up to winter 2025, personal information + important phone numbers.
  Additional pages duty/week plan (5 pages) and a weekly lesson overview (1 page).
  
• Group lists
  For one group, there are lists of names and notes on the children (2 pages), attendance lists (12 pages) for the entire year and observation pages (2 pages).
  The name columns are perforated, i.e. children's names only have to be entered once!
  On the observation pages, the child's current status can be marked (e.g. in the areas of social behaviour, learning and work behaviour, development and motor skills, environment and family, etc.). The defined (and achieved) goals can be entered in the subsequent analysis list.
  
• To round off
  At the end, there are additional checklists (2 pages), pages for minutes and meeting notes (22 pages), important contacts (2 pages), items borrowed/loaned (2 pages) and copy templates (weekly plan, work plan/work report, accident report and annual statistics).
