Block Parent Meeting Information A5, 50 sheets with carbon copy

With this block, parents can be quickly informed about meetings, as only the most important items need to be added in printed form. The slip is then given to the pupil to hand on to their legal guardian.

On 50 printed forms, you just need to add the time and location and the meeting info is ready. There is space on the form alongside for comments if you have other information you need to pass on to the parents. At the bottom there is a signature line for parents to confirm receipt and tick to say whether they will be attending or not.

With yellow carbonless copy sheet (no carbon paper) for your own documents or for reminders. A separating sheet inserted between the sheets prevents unintentional copying.
