In this educational game, the funny frog helps children practise adding and subtracting with carry over.
The set includes 4 calculation boards each for addition and subtraction. A number line up to 20 is printed at the bottom of each board to help. The boards are made from coated cardboard and can be written on repeatedly with non-permanent marker pens then wiped clean again. 8 suitable marker pens are included in the scope of delivery.

The front of the addition boards can be used for your own maths problems, the back is printed with doubling exercises for numbers 1-10 and placeholder problems for forming 10.
The subtraction boards offer a different method for learning subtraction on each side — by counting up or regrouping. This allows you to select the side with the method you use in class.

Children use the little 'ones' cards to do the carry over. The cheerful frog puts these in the right position so that he can continue calculating.
A frog tile is awarded for each correctly solved task, and the person who has collected the most frogs is the maths champion!
