Token Game XL, 78 pcs.

The token game is designed to help learn, practice and cement the denominational number and decimal system as well as basic calculations, and make the transition to abstract calculations easier.

On a wooden board with four vertical columns, the numbered coloured cubes are placed into the corresponding column (E/O=white, Z/T=red, H/H=orange, T/T=yellow). The transitions between 10 / 100 / 1000 / 10,000 are particularly clear as they are placed in an extra field at the top of the board.

Only 10 cubes per value. Once these have been used up, the transition goes to the next highest value.

The special thing about this token game is that there is space at the bottom of the board for the decimal value chips. The transition from symbolic cube into the decimal system is clearly represented. The chips have the same colour as the cubes for each value. This makes it easier for children to see the connection between the cubes and the chips.

The chips can also be used independently of the token game to represent arithmetic tasks.

The cubes and chips are made of plastic. The black print on the chips is scratch-resistant and therefore long-lasting.
