These part of speech symbols, which are made of magnetic film, help children master sentence structure and the parts of speech. Each part of speech is assigned a specific symbol. By identifying the parts of speech with the symbols, pupils find out how a sentence is formed and what kinds of words it consists of.

Because the parts of speech symbols are magnetic, they are ideal for use on steel enamel panels or magnetic info boards. The sentence is written down and analysed by the pupils, either in groups or as a small test. The magnetic film can be cleaned of chalk dust with a damp cloth.
