This book is to help and give an overview in support provided to individual pupils.

At the beginning there is an overview in which the current state and the focal points of support of the child are entered and signed by all participants (teacher, guardian, child). This is followed by one page for each explicit support objective (e.g. motor skills, social behaviour, etc.), for which there is space for entries of the time period and measures.

Under each funding objective there are stars of different sizes with date lines, which can be used to easily document the progress towards achieving the objective for the child. Of course there is also space for parental discussions and comments.
