TimeTEX Baric Tablets "Montessori Premium"

The baric tablets familiarize the child with the concept of weight (the baric senses). Blindfolded, the child tries to sort 2 tablets according to their weight and assign them to each other.

The tablet with the lightest color is the lightest. The weight and color increase the heavier they are. The color of the tablets serves as a control so that the child can carry out this task on their own and check for themselves.

The three weight classes only differ by a few grams. In this narrow range, the child practises its sense of equality and inequality.

The child is offered several different baric tablets. The child sorts them by weight. For more experienced children, a blindfold can be used to make the exercise more difficult.
