This student exercise set contains practical calculation aids that pupils can use to practise not just the basics of calculation for numbers up to 10, but also up to 20 using visual and effective tools.

The set contains 4 transparent plastic calculation strips, each with 20 red and 20 blue plastic counters. Each calculation strip has 10 square recesses, always with 5 next to each other (the power of five).
This offers pupils an interactive opportunity to perform various calculation exercises and gives them a fun way to visualise their results.

Also included in the set is a card game for the number range up to 20 / 100. The enclosed tasks for the 20 number range can be reproduced by the children using the calculation strips, and the result can be read or checked after doing the calculation.
Children who are confident using numbers up to 20 can move on to arithmetic tasks for the 100 number range.

Another useful element is the two-colour pencil in red and blue with a hexagonal shape. This can be used to visualise the maths problems in the exercise book and makes learning maths easier.

The entire set is supplied in a plastic utensil bag, which offers tidy, space-saving storage for all the individual items. The zip keeps everything together. Everything fits comfortably in a school bag and is always ready to hand when needed.
There is a small pocket on the front of the utensil bag for children to insert a name tag. This makes it clear at a glance who owns which set.
