Desk Scales Set made of RE-Wood, 103 pcs.

Even at pre-school age, a sense of different weights can be taught using these desk scales. The connection between different sizes and weights quickly becomes apparent. Using everyday objects, pupils can learn to understand weights, apply and compare them. The principle of determining an unknown mass by directly comparing with standard weights is taught to pupils in a visual way.

The very stable desk scales made from RE-Wood® with up to 1 cm thick walls is extremely precise and can be manually adjusted on the bottom of the scales. The weight tolerance is only +/- 0.5g. The two litre boxes made from RE-Plastic® included in the delivery are for storing all kinds of smaller weighing utensils or liquids. The litre boxes feature a scale of 0 to 1000 millilitres so that an exact comparison can be made when filled. It is marked to indicate every 25 millilitres. 100 coloured weight cubes, each weighing 1g, complete this attractive set.
