- Detailed product description
With this set, children learn how to transition from two-dimensional pictures to three-dimensional shapes. They build the figures depicted on the task cards using the wooden pieces provided thus developing their spatial awareness.
At the same time, they are training their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. When they work on this as a team, it also develops their language skills.
The template cards contain tasks of varying difficulty so the children can continue to develop their skills.
They can build complete figures or invent their own creations. Other tasks involve children recreating a small pattern, the full shape of which only becomes visible by using the folding mirror.
This is a fun way for children to explore three-dimensional space.
When the materials are not in use, they can be safely stored in the wooden box supplied.
