Exploration Toy "My Feelings and Yours"

With the help of this doll, children can learn about and investigate different emotional states. What does our body do when we are happy? How does our facial expression change when we are sad? And how can we express different feelings verbally? With the help of this cuddly exploration doll, children can learn to recognise emotions and also to name and express their feelings themselves.

Velcro fastenings are used to apply different facial expressions to the face of the doll (various pairs of eyes, mouths and eyebrows). If you press one of the buttons on the side of the doll, it makes one of 16 different emotional sounds. For example, if the doll makes a crying noise, the children can think about what expression and gestures the doll might use to express this emotion and how it should be described. Practical involvement with the doll encourages self-guided learning.
