These cards help pupils deal with emotions. They contain images of 10 different emotions which they can recognise, identify and understand.

Each emotion exists in 3 different levels so that children can become familiar with different degrees of emotion. They organise the cards based on their intensity with the help of symbol cards. Symbols on the back of the emotion cards show the corresponding intensity for self-control.
This helps them to develop an awareness of emotions and better understand their own feelings and how to control them.
