Healthy meals set with food pyramid, magnetic, 78 pcs

This magnetic set helps children create a healthy eating plan.

With the help of the food pyramid children can learn which foods belong in which groups, and how a healthy diet is composed. Building on this, the children can put together healthy meals on the magnetic place setting, or they can sort the items into healthy and less healthy foods. The set includes 51 durable magnets with pictures of different foods plus a big magnetic place setting with high-quality printed image.

Thanks to a simple points system, the children can get a feel for the energy content of different foods without being prompted to start "counting calories". This gives you an age-appropriate way to teach them about balancing energy intake and energy consumption. Experiment and play together with the children or find inspiration from the wide variety of ideas in the accompanying information booklet.

The accompanying materials pack includes instructions, a template for an informative booklet on the topic of "Food groups and energy content" and access to 6 worksheets and 4 digital interactive exercises.
