TimeTEX Timer "silent" L, 32 cm diameter with traffic light clock face + pause button

This backwards-running clock shows your pupils down to the minute how much time they have left to hand in or finish their work. The display features a normal clock face that the children will recognise from a standard clock and the disc runs backwards on it. Just set the desired time using the knob and the time starts running straight away.

The special thing about this clock is the pause button: by pressing the red button you can interrupt the countdown and subsequently restart it. An illuminated red LED shows the pause status, indicating that the running time has been interrupted.

The visual, analogue representation of the remaining time in the coloured field gives time information at a glance without affecting concentration on the actual task. In addition, the visualised time representation helps pupils with independent time management.

The traffic light clock face not only shows students the current remaining time but divides this into "red / yellow / green" time zones. This allows students to see at a glance which time zone they are in. The yellow time zone equates to 5 minutes, the red time zone equates to 3 minutes (i.e. 8 minutes from the start of the yellow zone). After the red zone has expired, an acoustic signal sounds.

Due to the battery operation, the clock runs back silently. At the end of the set running time, a signal is emitted that can be configured as loud/quiet or silent.

On the back there is a folding tripod for putting up the clock, magnets for attachment to the board and a wall suspension hole.
