Coding Game with Mouse, 120 pcs.
First programming exercises – without a PC at all
Children can have lots of fun with this entertaining board game learning their first coding and programming concepts without needing a PC at all. Players throw the dice and draw the corresponding number of programming cards to follow a programming sequence.
Players use this operating plan to move their mouse around the board, navigating around maze walls and collecting cheese. The player with the most blocks of cheese is the winner! For 2–4 players from age 5.
Tips for even more fun:
- Children who are eager to learn can become even more familiar with programming techniques by counting out the squares and making their moves directly on the playing board. Imagining a sequence of moves in your head can be a challenge. A clear, practical approach is often the best way to introduce logical thinking.
- Create an incredibly long programming sequence! Instead of "deleting" the sequence each time and starting again on each turn, you can also combine turns and execute them one after the other.
- If you get each player to add up their cards at the end of the game, you have even introduced a bit of maths to the game. Who has the most cards and who has fewest?
