Set food pyramid & activity pyramid, magnetic, 111 pcs.

Getting enough exercise and having a healthy diet are essential for children's health and their physical and mental development. This set offers a vivid way to convey both of these things.

What types of exercise are there and how much exercise do we need to stay healthy?
What groups can food be categorised into and what makes up a healthy diet?
Children can work out the answers to all these questions with this comprehensive set.

Both pyramids are divided into traffic light colours to show children at a glance which foods should be eaten often or rarely, and which types of exercise should take up how much time per day or week.

87 coloured magnetic cards are ready to be assigned to the two pyramids. Children are encouraged to reflect on their own eating and exercise habits, and make comparisons with each other. This encourages discussion and reflection and helps people to assess their own behaviour.

With the help of the accompanying educational material including factual information, worksheets and digital exercises, you can increase children's physical activity in everyday life and introduce them to a healthy diet and therefore a healthy lifestyle.

• Discover different types of activity
• A fun way to explore a healthy lifestyle
