The Hundred Chain is fascinating number material for every child. It gives children a quick and easy way to imagine quantity concepts in high number ranges or to learn by simple counting.
Children count out 10 tens and thereby understand that 10 x 10 equals one hundred. To illustrate this, the hundred chain can also be compared with the separately available "Hundred Square".
The Hundred Chain, together with the separately available "Thousand Chain", can be hung on a specially developed "Frame for the Hundred and Thousand Chain". A special "Mat for the Hundred Chain" is also available separately, allowing the chain to be laid lengthways on the floor.
