Butterfly Net, 30 cm high, 30 cm ø

With this free-standing, portable, pop-up breeding net made of plastic, you can temporarily capture butterflies and other insects. It is ideal for observing and transporting.

The lid is made from transparent plastic, so you can see the animals clearly from above as well as through the netting walls. The top can also be opened easily with a zip to feed the animals, remove them from the breeding net, and subsequently set them free.

When the pop-up net is not needed, it can be compacted to save space, held together with Velcro and stored. When you want to use it again, just release the Velcro strips and it will automatically pop up to its full height.

The breeding net is ideal for the painted ladies that hatch from our sets and for the fully grown ladybirds. This is a breeding net and not a cage designed for the long term. After no more than 1 week, flying insects should be released back into their natural environment.
