These blank arithmetic cubes in the Montessori colours offer children a practical visual aid for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing up to 10,000.

These handy cubes made of coloured RE-Wood® not only have a pleasant feel, but are also easy to label or stick on for your own use. If this is done with numbers according to the Montessori colours (units = green, tens = blue, hundreds = red, thousands = green), they are ideal for use with arithmetic tasks.
Placed next to each other or in a stack, children can use the cubes to help navigate the number range up to 10,000 and to familiarise themselves with working across place values. This makes the cubes a great addition to our Base Ten Blocks material and an intermediate step from calculating with these materials to tackling to abstract calculation on paper without these aids.

Of course, the blank cubes can also be used for many other purposes: for your own educational games, as a supplement or replacement for lost dice, etc.
