With the Tree Puzzle, the child learns about the different parts of a tree, improves their vocabulary, develops their dexterity and their understanding of the natural world around them.

It is fascinating for toddlers and school starters to explore trees, leaves and flowers in the great outdoors. When the child returns, he reproduces what he has experienced in various elements, be it through painting, books or even puzzles.

The traditional Montessori Tree Puzzle is a great hands-on learning experience. The wooden puzzle pieces with knobs allow the child to lift each piece with the correct grip and put it back correctly.

The leafy branches, trunk and roots of the puzzle are clearly distinguishable from each other. These features provide the perfect opportunity to develop a conversation about the function of each element, e.g. how the roots soak up water and transport it to the leaves.
