Wild bee hotel with observation facility, made of wood, hinged

This bee hotel is made from durable fir and not only makes a valuable contribution to species preservation but also enables a unique insight into the entire development cycle of the wild bee larvae. All nesting tunnels are visible through acrylic glass panes, so the larvae can be observed without disturbing them.

The wild bee hotel is ready for use in just a few simple steps. All you need to do is fit the two acrylic glass panes with the screws provided; the hinges and latches come pre-assembled. Hang it up somewhere that is sheltered from the weather, and it won't be long before the first guests arrive. The nesting tunnels are pre-drilled in 2 different sizes to provide different wild bee species with a nesting opportunity.

The observation hotel has been coated with bee-friendly, water-repellent wax for added durability. A suitable brush is included for cleaning the nesting tunnels. To do this, unscrew the acrylic panes once every season and clean everything. This extends the useful life and keeps the bees healthy and parasite-free.
