TimeTEX 12 Identical Blue Triangles "Montessori Premium"

The 12 Constructive Blue Triangles are all painted matt blue on one side and are the same size. As an extension of the work with the 5 boxes of Constructive Triangles, this activity will challenge the children.

The child now tries to make as many different geometric shapes as possible from the 12 identical right-angled triangles, using their previous experience from the previous work. The constructive blue triangles set provides a range of exercises that allow children to work independently and check their answers themselves.

Learning opportunities:

• first experiences in geometry
• introduction to triangle calculations
• understand shapes and surfaces and solve problems
• learn that many things in life are made up of triangles
• put triangles together and learn to form independent third shapes
• encourage creative skills
