TimeTEX Small Bead Frame "Montessori Premium"

With the Small Bead Frame, even beginners are able to calculate with numbers in the thousends. The Small Bead Frame can be used for addition, subtraction and multiplication.

Methodological and pedagogical tips:
Each row is assigned a specific place value and a color. 1st row = 1s (green), 2nd row = 10s (blue), 3rd row = 100s (red) and 4th row = 1,000s (green).

The corresponding number values are noted on the side for support and clarity. By moving the beads in the respective place value range, even an addition problem such as 2,365 + 1,562 can be solved without further aids and without any problems for beginners.

Thanks to the typical Montessori hierarchy colors, this material can also be combined with, for example, the Stamp Game, the Golden Bead Material and the Number Cards.

The frame has a slight slope so that it is easy to see and use when standing in front of the child. Even if it is laid flat on the table in front of the children, the slight slope provides an optimal overview. In addition, the view of the teacher is not restricted!

The beed frame is made of solid beech wood. The colored wooden beads make it easier for little beginners to handle and are pleasant to the touch.
